Exclusive Immigration Legal Consultation
During this hour, we will discuss your immigration status or legal situation in the United States. You will have the opportunity to ask your questions about what options are available to you to stay in the United States legally, to become a US resident or a US citizen, as applicable. In addition, you will have the opportunity to inquire about what reliefs you have, if any, so that you are not removed from the United States either because you are in an Immigration Court proceeding or at risk of being deported. Finally, we will provide you with details about the costs and fees for our services. The legal consult is exclusive to immigration and the individual (or by family if you are in the same case and they entered at the same time ).
Policy of changes, cancellation, credit and others
Scheduled appointment date and time
A full hour is set aside for your appointment. The consultation time is the specific time reserved for you. You must make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure the whole time. If you arrive late or make yourself available late for the consultation, the consultation time is the remainder of the hour since you arrived or made yourself available, not the full hour.
Video call and phone call
If you select any of these options to attend your consult, you need a device that has reliable internet and connection. You can send any document or information in advance by email to oficina.rflo@gmail.com (please indicate your name and the date of the consult).
The reserved time is the one established in the consultation and is not subject to change or reimbursement if you did not make sure you have an optimal connection or adequate signal. If the video call does not work due to a system failure, you will have the alternative of making your consultation by telephone at the reserved and available time.
Changes/Reschedule
You can reschedule the appointment date free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours in advance and if it is the first time you request a reschedule. The amount paid will be credited in full for the rescheduled date. You must coordinate a new date within the next two months. After that period, the money will not be credited.
If you modify your already rescheduled appointment on a second or future occasion, you will have a penalty of $30 dollars, and the rest will be credited to your new appointment. This charge will apply even if you have requested the change more than 24 hours before the appointment.
If you are interested in modifying the consultation and you inform it less than 24 hours, but before 3 hours at the time of your appointment, you will have a penalty or charge of $50 dollars for the management and reserved time exclusively for you. The rest of the money will be credited to you for another appointment within the next two months, after which time the money will not be refundable.
Cancellation policy
More than 24 hours before the appointment
If you cancel the consultation with more than 24 hours in advance, and you are not interested in rescheduling, the money paid will be refunded, except for a penalty charge of $30 dollars for management and the reserved time exclusively for you. The refund will be made in a period of approximately 1 to 5 business days. This may or will be subject to the payment method used and the refund policies of the entity corresponding to the payment method you used.
Less than 24 hours but 3 hours before the appointment
If you cancel the consultation in less than 24 hours, but before 3 hours at the time of your appointment, you will have a penalty or charge of $50 dollars for management and reserving time exclusively for you. The rest of the money can be credited to you for another appointment within the next two months. Otherwise, the money will not be refundable.
Without prior notice
If you do not arrive for your appointment or are not available at the time of your appointment (call or video call), it will be understood that you canceled the appointment without prior notice.
Waiting time for the client will be of 20 minutes, after that, the appointment will be canceled. The money paid is not refundable.
Credit
You will have a credit for the total amount paid for the consultation if you decide to retain us within the next three months as long as the agreement is related to the consultation. The credit is not transferable and cannot be used for other immigration procedures that have not been consulted or require a new consultation.
