Our services @
Our firm, located in Alexandria, Virginia, offers exclusive legal services in immigration practice at the federal level.
Mainly, our services are focused on guiding and legally representing the client in the immigration courts (EOIR) located in Virginia and Maryland for those who reside or are located in the states of Virginia and Maryland, or in the District of Columbia (Washington, DC). In addition, we offer orientation and legal representation services (the latter, in some stages or procedures) in the 50 states of the United States of America and Puerto Rico.
Likewise, we offer legal representation before the following government offices or entities:
-
US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),
-
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
-
Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Defensive Representation :
We represent clients from the earliest stages. From being in ICE and DHS custody (upon entering the United States) to conducting a credible fear interview or obtaining a bond in order to continue their process out of detention and into the United States, between others.
We continue to assist clients to determine the remedy they have before the Immigration Court, present their application before the Court and guide them in how to manage the entire process, collect the necessary evidence for their case and present it. Finally, we represent you in your final court in defense of your request not to be deported. We take the client by the hand throughout this process.
Affirmative Representation :
In cases where the client is not facing deportation proceedings in court, we offer legal guidance on the remedies, if any, they have to legalize and become a permanent resident or citizen of the United States. We prepare the applications or petitions that you can present to immigration (USCIS) and we represent you legally in order to obtain the desired final result.
